Job summary

Ameriflight, LLC is seeking a Parts Clerk to supply Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with parts and tools and to maintain records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials and equipment.

The role operates Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with travel as needed. Responsibilities include using the DASH system, managing part dispositions, and supporting shipping/receiving processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three months to a year related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as P.O.s, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.

Responsibilities

• Disposition of approved parts.
• Disposition of tool calibrations.
• Use the DASH inventory control system to record receipt, transfer and reductions of parts and rotables.
• Initiate parts order requisitions when stock levels fall below minimum.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Aid with shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input.
• Maintain files to track parts and shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
