Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in aviation or similar technical environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and computerized record-keeping.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies for equipment and vehicles.
• Record and track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts and equipment.
• Inspect and verify incoming parts and supplies for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area for easy access and inventory control.
• Issue parts and tools to maintenance and operational staff as required.
• Update and maintain inventory management system or database.

• Assist in preparing and managing the budget for parts and supplies.
