Air Methods CBS in Salmon, Idaho seeks a Clinical Flight Crew member to deliver advanced life support care from patient contact through handoff to the receiving facility. You will stay current with licensure, certifications, and ongoing education while supporting safety and rapid transport.

The role requires 3+ years in a busy 911 environment, critical thinking, strong teamwork, and flexible scheduling for 24/7 on-call rotations. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact to transfer; maintain thorough patient care documentation.
• Practice within defined scope of practice as established by state regulations and Air Methods CBS; maintain competency and report educational needs.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings; assist with liftoff checklist and navigation tasks; ensure safety of personnel and equipment.
