Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking Test and Evaluation Specialists to support the U.S. Navy’s OT&E Force VX-1.

You will help plan, execute, analyze, and report OT&E of Navy combat systems, including test design, data collection, and analysis. The role requires Navy/DoD operations knowledge, a STEM degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Navy/DoD operations knowledge required.
• Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent T&E experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Effective communication of analysis results to senior leadership.
• Proficient in technical writing and reporting.
• Knowledge of analysis methodologies for complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Support OT&E of aviation platforms, including test design and execution.
• Document COIs, MBTES procedures, and data collection plans.
• Observe test events, collect data, and brief participants.
• Perform data reduction and statistical analysis of results.
• Prepare Blue/Gold sheets and evaluation reports.
• Interface with Navy leadership and program offices on plans and results.
• Prepare monthly status and trip reports; attend program reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series and Navy acquisition instructions.
