Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking Test and Evaluation Specialists in Norfolk, Virginia. Qualifications

• Current knowledge of Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force operations.
• Bachelors in STEM or equivalent operational/T&E experience.
• Strong leadership skills for project completion.
• Effective communication to convey analysis results.
• Proficiency in technical writing and reporting.
• Knowledge of methodologies for complex systems evaluation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OT&E programs for USN, USMC, and Joint systems.
• Conduct Integrated Evaluation Framework and T&E Master Plan development.
• Support cross-functional teams through operational testing cycles.
• Interface with Navy/USMC leadership on test plans and results.
• Conduct accreditation for modeling and simulation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series and Navy instructions.
