Job summary

Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking Test and Evaluation Specialists to support the U.S. Navy OT&E Force. You will help plan, execute, analyze, and report OT&E for combat systems and joint programs.

Responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks, leading test cycles, and coordinating with Navy leadership. Requires STEM degree and Navy environment experience; TS/SCI preferred, Secret clearance eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience with US Navy ships, combat systems, and surface operations.
• Ability to develop OT&E plans and report results to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication for high‑level briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OT&E programs for USN and Joint systems.
• Lead test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and Navy stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series and Navy instructions.
• Support accreditation for modeling and simulation efforts.
