Job summary

Core Services Group is seeking Test and Evaluation Specialists to support the U.S. Navy OT&E Force (OPTEVFOR) and VX-1 in operational testing of MH-60R/S helicopters at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

You will help plan, execute, analyze, and report OT&E and tactics evaluations for sensor, weapon, and software upgrades. The role requires DoD compliance experience, strong analytical writing skills, and the ability to coordinate with Navy leadership and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent T&E experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience in IEF development, test plan development, test execution and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of analysis methodologies for complex systems.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support OT&E of MH-60R/S systems and tactics tests.
• Develop COIs, MBTES plans, test matrices and data plans and document them in MBTES.
• Draft TEMP and IEF inputs per policy.
• Observe flight and ground tests, collect data and brief participants.
• Perform data reduction and statistical analysis to assess performance.
• Prepare Blue/Gold sheets and evaluation reports.
• Interface with Navy leadership, program offices, labs and other stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly status and trip reports and attend reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series and OPTEVFOR instructions.
