Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in an office, admin, or customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant qualification records and training files.
• Monitor travel logistics for trainees.
• Adjust trainee travel arrangements as needed.
• Plan and execute training schedules in Comply, CrewTrac, and MINT; reschedule as necessary.
• Manage instructor schedules to support training needs.
• Identify instructor gaps and address scheduling."
• Audit records for accuracy and compliance.
