Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Supervisor to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The role oversees daily management of aircraft and flight crews, supporting line crewmembers, owners services, and sales as a technical resource.

You will review performance calculations and work with the Operational Control Center to proactively manage flight operations. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or aviation, 2–4 years in aviation, 2–4 years supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation preferred.
• 2–4 years' aviation environment experience.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of FARs related to Part 91, 121, or 135 operations.
• ATP-rated pilot status required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of Flexjet Aircraft and flight crews.
• Support line crewmembers and Owner Services/Sales as a technical resource.
• Review aircraft performance calculations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists.
• Engage with Operational Control Center for proactive flight ops management.
• Hire interviews and training oversight; monitor crew performance.
