Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Level II NDT Technician to ensure airworthiness through fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing. You will inspect aircraft parts, interpret results, and document findings to FAA and manual standards, while guiding trainees and maintaining equipment readiness.

The role requires NAS 410 certification and prior aircraft structural/sheet metal experience; ASNT NDT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified level II or III per NAS 410 for FPI, MT, UT and ET.
• Evidence from previous employment meeting NAS 410 certification requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform FPI, MT, UT and ET tests on aircraft parts.
• Inspect engines, structures, landing gear and related components.
• Interpret test results and document findings.
• Maintain qualifications per company process.
• Supervise trainees in NDT training requirements.
• Move between production tasks requiring multiple NDT skills.
• Ensure NDT equipment status complies with company processes.
