Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years related experience in lieu of
• Level 2 NDT certification per NAS 410 or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ASTM, ASME, NAS; FAA and EASA regulations
• Team player with good communication and basic software use

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret non-destructive tests on aerospace components using various NDT methods.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings per requirements.
• Set up, calibrate NDT equipment and conduct tests per procedures.
• Evaluate results and make recommendations based on data.
• Review manuals and blueprints to determine inspection criteria.
• Provide guidance and training to Level 1 Inspectors.
• Maintain equipment and participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Comply with FAA, EASA and company safety policies.
