Job summary

Future Aviation, Inc., a HEICO Corporation repair group facility in Southwest Florida, seeks a Purchasing Agent to join the Purchasing Department. The role focuses on order placement, expediting, price negotiations, vendor relationships, and inventory level optimization.

You will work with ERP systems to track orders, manage deliveries, and generate data for cost savings and process improvements while supporting operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum AS degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years material planning/buying experience required.
• Certificate in Purchasing / Material Management a major plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis helpful.

Responsibilities

• Place and track purchase orders and change notices for parts and materials.
• Expedite and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet cost and delivery goals.
• Maintain vendor notes and ERP records.
• Generate data to support best-practice purchasing.
