Job summary

ALOFT AeroArchitects is seeking a skilled MRO Program Manager to lead aircraft maintenance programs, manage budgets, and interface with customers. You will monitor schedules, labor, and materials to ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance.

Applicants should have a PMP or equivalent certification preferred, 5–8 years in aviation maintenance or related fields, and strong leadership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience.
  • 5-8 years industry-related aviation maintenance, modification, and/or on-aircraft engineering experience.
  • Experience with FAA Repair Station (Part 145) environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Sales with schedule, cost, resource, and risk projections for proposals.
  • Act as Contract and Sales interface for duration of program.
  • Review scope of work specs and provide input during bids and proposals.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Contract aspects for assigned programs.
  • Develop and enforce Program Management processes including schedule and cost controls.
  • Lead program kickoff, status meetings, and bi-weekly customer updates.
  • Coordinate with Production and Engineering to meet schedule and contract requirements.
