Job summary

ALOFT AeroArchitects in Georgetown, DE seeks a seasoned MRO Program Manager to lead aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion programs, ensuring compliance with SOW and contractual requirements while delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will chair kickoff and status meetings, coordinate with sales, production, and engineering, provide bi-weekly reports, manage EVM metrics, and guide cross-functional teams—travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience.
• 5-8 years industry-related aviation maintenance and/or planning, modification, and/or on-aircraft engineering experience.
• Aircraft maintenance and/or minor aircraft modification projects (337) for transport category aircraft strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in schedule, cost, resource, and risk projections for proposals.
• Act as Contract and Sales interface for duration of program.
• Assist in reviewing scope of work specifications and provide input during bids and proposals.
• Responsible for Day-to-Day Contract management of assigned programs.
• Develop and adhere to Program Management processes including communication, scope, schedule, ETC/EAC forecasts, and cost control.
