Synerfac Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support aviation MRO operations. You will evaluate equipment and capabilities, design and modernize test stands, and investigate component failures to deliver reliable repair services.

This role combines office work with shop floor time, requiring attention to safety and documentation. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree, 2-5 years of hands-on experience, and proficiency with SolidWorks/AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program.
• 2-5 years of mechanical engineering experience with knowledge of mechanical systems, component testing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and documentation; proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate equipment, tooling, and in-house capabilities; recommend equipment purchases or modifications to improve repair operations.
• Design, develop, and modernize component test stands and improve performance and efficiency.
• Investigate component failures with QA, perform root cause analysis, and prepare teardown reports.
