Job summary

AerSale is a global leader in aviation products and services, seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, test, and document new products while supporting operations and customer needs. You will collaborate with sales, business development, and customers to address design challenges and provide effective solutions.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and hands-on experience in aerospace MRO, with proficiency in SolidWorks and LabVIEW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in MRO of Aircraft Components preferred.
• Experience producing prototypes and working with manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Equivalency Validation Folders for new products.
• Produce Engineering Reports for customers as required.
• Assist Quality with Warranties and Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Design tooling and test fixtures per OEM data requirements.
• Perform stress/strength analysis and use testing to support new products.
• Apply GD&T to facilitate inspection and manufacturing.
