Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive avionics integration and modification experience in corporate aircraft environments.
• Proven leadership of large teams and mentoring of staff in a high‑stakes setting.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints and technical directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Avionics integration projects and coordinate with engineering and sales.
• Develop customer proposals and ensure profitability and risk management.
• Schedule, monitor budgets, and deliver on time; manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate with certification groups to address costs and timing.
• Ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction across all avionics activities.
• Guide procedures, performance reviews and personnel actions as needed.
