Job summary

VSE Aviation in Independence, KS is seeking a Customer Account Leader I to manage multiple aviation customer accounts and provide quality service based on manufacturer data and FAA-adhering documentation.

You will coordinate with shop, engineering, and QA to translate data into quotes, track units to meet turn times, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely communication and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs of multiple units for customer accounts through the shop and quoting customers.
• Translate technical data from shop reports into quotations.
• Track units to meet the advertised turn time for each client list.
• Quote/RFQ items for customers.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality MRO services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and ensure timely communication.
