Reef Systems seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist to support the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) for fighter aircrew at the 138th Fighter Wing in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on pre‑habilitation, injury prevention, and post‑flight recovery within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma LMT license, can demonstrate prescribed exercises, and lift up to 25 kg. Expect collaboration with flight medicine, PTs, ATs, and coaches in a demanding military environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LMT license in Oklahoma.
• Ability to demonstrate prescribed exercises and lift up to 25 kg.
• Massage focus on neck and back pain and spinal resilience.
• Experience working with military or high-performance teams is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide musculoskeletal pre-habilitation and injury prevention for fighter aircrew.
• Deliver post‑flight recovery treatments and address acute discomfort.
• Document sessions in HIPAA‑compliant EMR and report to POC/Physician.
• Coordinate care with Flight Medicine Physicians, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and S&C Coaches.
• Support TDY travel and ensure compliance with installation access rules.
