Job summary

Compass Government Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Massage Therapist to provide services to the OHWS program at Eielson AFB, AK. The LMT must hold an active US license, with 2+ years of full-time experience in medical, collegiate, professional, or aerospace settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering massage therapy to fighter aircrew, focusing on neck and back pain within a prehabilitation and health maintenance context.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy certification program.
• Current and unrestricted LMT license in the U.S. jurisdiction where services are provided.
• 2+ years of full-time experience as an LMT in a medical practice, collegiate, professional, or high-performance aerospace environment.
• Current CPR with AED certification.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew as part of the OHWS prehabilitation program.
• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Focus on neck and back pain within an overall health maintenance program.
