Job summary

Compass Government Solutions (CGS) seeks an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to support the OHWS program at Eielson AFB, AK. The LMT will provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew, aiming to strengthen the MSK system and reduce neck and back injuries as part of prehabilitation.

Candidates must have an accredited massage therapy credential, current US license, CPR/AED certification, and 2+ years of relevant experience in medical, collegiate, or high-performance settings.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy certification program.
• Current, unrestricted LMT license in the US jurisdiction where services are provided.
• 2+ years of full-time experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in medical, collegiate, professional, or high-performance environments.
• CPR with AED certification.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew as part of prehabilitation.
• Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate modalities.
• Educate on healthy lifestyle as part of overall health maintenance.
