Job summary

Reef Systems seeks a licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program at Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on injury prevention, spinal health, and performance optimization for fighter pilots, including pre-hab, rehabilitation, and post-flight care.

You will work on-base with aircrew, coordinate with squadron medical personnel, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while adhering to AAAHC standards and DoD training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience; spine-focused work preferred.
• NATABOC certification as ATC and Oklahoma state licensure; BLS/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct injury prevention and pre-hab evaluations for rated aircrew.
• Provide rehabilitation and post-flight treatments for spine and musculoskeletal issues.
• Deliver ergonomic assessments and spinal health optimization; document outcomes in EMR.
