Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join a Human Performance Optimization team supporting aircrew. You will provide targeted soft tissue therapy to enhance recovery and performance for high-G aviation demands.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the service delivery state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to obtain Tier 1 Security Clearance and US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.
