Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join a multidisciplinary Human Performance Optimization (HPO) team supporting aircrew readiness. You will provide medical massage to optimize recovery, performance, and resilience, collaborating with other professionals in a high-demand military aviation context.

The role requires graduation from an accredited massage therapy program, 5+ years in a clinical or high-performance setting, a state license, CPR/AED, and the ability

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
5+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or high-performance environment (military/aerospace preferred).
State massage therapy license in the delivery state.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Collaborate with the HPO team and contribute to instructional efforts.
Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
Other related duties as assigned.
