West Star Aviation is seeking a Falcon Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in East Alton, IL. This on-site role involves hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, engine work, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure safe aircraft operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe or Powerplant license is required; Airframe license preferred for certain levels.
• Experience levels range from AMT I to AMT IV with increasing years and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Performing general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Removal and installation of panels and components.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving aircraft system/component issues.
• De-fueling aircraft.
• Engine removal/installations.
• Operating ground support equipment.
• Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components.
• Aircraft movement and performance runs/taxiing.
• Maintenance and repair of shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
