Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and alterations of aircraft.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a supervisor, on GV / G550, CL300, Lear 45, and / or G280 aircraft. Factory formal training.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• FAR knowledgeable in part 91/135.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to multitask, direct, and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform, plan, and supervise scheduled inspections and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and alterations of aircraft.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic discrepancies.
• Ensure strict adherence to the aircraft's inspection program, repair requirements, and GMM.
• Comply with manufacturer's technical data, Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), and applicable safety rules.
• Provide effective and clear communication to the DOM or Chief Inspector.
• Comply with safety work practices, environmental compliance, and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple aircraft simultaneously.
• Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work on weekends as needed.
