Job description

Arthrex Inc. is hiring a Supervisor of Repair (Remote) who will be responsible for supporting the Manager – Repair Logistics by managing and improving the global fulfillment, reverse logistics, and debit/credit processes to meet global demand while overseeing the daily activities of the S&R Global Fulfillment Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure effective employee relations, coaching, and development.
  2. Make employment decisions and foster a harmonious, productive work environment.
  3. Lead efforts in quality, productivity, safety, and morale to achieve positive results.
  4. Conduct annual performance evaluations and ensure compliance with policies.
  5. Improve customer satisfaction, processes, and employee skills through training.
  6. Manage department metrics, analyze data, and identify trends for management review.
  7. Manage and streamline global fulfillment, reverse logistics, and debit/credit processes to meet demand.
  8. Act as liaison between department and other teams to stay updated on trends and policies, adjusting as needed.
  9. Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to develop and implement procedures and systems.
  10. Support inventory activities, warranty determinations, and financial decisions.
  11. Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with international subsidiaries.
  12. Support vendor agreements related to device evaluations and repairs.
  13. Ensure preventative maintenance on equipment is performed.
  14. Work with buyers/planners on inventory management, backorder reporting, and allocation strategies.
  15. Monitor daily fill rate SLA’s and internal KPIs.
  16. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and GMP requirements.
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking for business decisions and process improvements.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and leading others.
Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate ideas and issues verbally and in writing, and to comprehend and apply language skills relevant to the role.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to talk, hear, sit, use hands, reach, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
