Job summary

Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) seeks a Managing Site Supervisor to oversee NAS Oceana operations in Virginia Beach, VA. You will lead maintenance program execution, manage budgeted resources, and serve as the primary point of contact with the customer to ensure contract compliance.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in aviation maintenance management, holds an active DoD Secret clearance, and will supervise a team performing both fixed and rotary wing support across multiple aircraft.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of prior management experience.
• 15 years managing aviation maintenance operations supporting 10+ aircraft.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage task order execution to PWS within awarded costs.
• Serve as primary customer contact with authority to execute requirements.
• Oversee transition to full performance and resource allocation.
• Review time cards and ensure staffing compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to GLSS workforce.
