The role focuses on performing and documenting Technical Directive actions, including SNVs, in aircraft and engine logbooks, and supervising mechanics to ensure maintenance efficiency. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active DOW Secret clearance, and 5+ years of fighter jet maintenance experience, preferably on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of F-18E/F Military Service Aircraft Maintenance Program highly desirable.
• An active DOW Secret Security Clearance.
• Five or more years of experience maintaining fighter jet aircraft at the organizational, intermediate or depot level.
• Five or more years of experience maintaining F-18E/F aircraft is highly desirable.
• Five or more years of experience performing and documenting F-18E/F aircraft Technical Directives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair aircraft structures, components and engines of high difficulty.
• Repair aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, fuels.
• Apply knowledge to diagnose malfunctions and restore operation.
• Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians on modifications and maintenance.
• Make entries in aircraft logs and records.
• Support structural/mechanical engineers and customers with technical guidance.
