Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the 135 Maintenance department in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on providing maintenance resources and record keeping to increase plant productivity, identify and prioritize projects, and prepare reports and metrics for success.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years in aviation, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years with experience in Aviation field, corporate preferred.
• Have good prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Be able to work with tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate a schedule.
• Produce a maintenance schedule.
• Overseeing the execution of your plan or schedule.
• Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.
• Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Reporting on progress and any issues that emerge.
• Close attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Support Maintenance Control with scheduling issues as needed
• Other duties as needed
