Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the Raleigh, NC area to support the 135 Maintenance department. You will prepare and manage maintenance resources and records to boost plant productivity, prioritizing multiple projects with a focus on process improvement.

A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, timeliness, and proactive problem solving. The role requires 3–5 years in aviation, top-notch MS Office skills, and the ability to work on-site at our Raleigh office.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Produce and manage maintenance plans and reports.

• Monitor inconsistencies and improve efficiency.
• Report progress and issues to leadership.
• Support Maintenance Control with scheduling issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Planner assists the 135 Maintenance department in providing the necessary maintenance resources and record keeping that is required to increase plant productivity. Identify and prioritize multiple projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools will allow this employee to succeed.

• 3-5 years with experience in aviation field, corporate preferred.
