Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in aviation, strong Excel and Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail. On-site work in Raleigh with standard 4 on 4 off shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of aviation industry experience, corporate preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel expertise required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate a maintenance schedule.
• Produce and maintain a maintenance schedule for the 135 department.
• Oversee execution of plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Evaluate proposals for schedule expansion or updates.
• Identify inconsistencies and improve scheduling efficiency.
• Generate reports, metrics, and tracking tools for performance.
• Maintain attention to detail and work under pressure.
• Provide scheduling support to Maintenance Control as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
