Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an administrative professional to support the Maintenance Manager, Parts Manager and supervisory staff at our Las Vegas site. You will post parts to work orders, enter data in fleet maintenance software, and generate purchase orders to support timely maintenance operations.

Key duties include shipping/receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, vendor coordination, and maintaining orderly files. A clean driving record and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must become proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Learn Microsoft Word and Excel within 60 days.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Post parts to work orders.
• Enter work orders into fleet maintenance software.
• Create and process purchase orders in the fleet maintenance software.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties domestically and internationally.
• Identify part numbers and provide descriptions for fleet maintenance needs.
• Order parts for inventory and special requests.
• Manage and process parts cores as required.
• Collaborate with GSE Manager to maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventories and identify obsolete parts.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing and procurement.
• Maintain organized files and timely reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and financial controls for the department.
• Ensure parts system compliance with standards and client requirements.
