Job summary

Maritime Helicopters in Alaska is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Admin to support the Maintenance Department. You will handle inventory, records, and general office duties in a busy aviation setting.

The role requires accuracy, computer literacy, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office; a valid driver's license is required. This is a full-time, on-site position at the airport with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
• Experience in Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Aviation industry, logistics or accounting experience preferred.
• Basic accounting/administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized purchase records.
• Receive and stock ordered parts.
• Prepare shipments.
• Update inventory management software.
• Conduct periodic audits of inventory.
• Enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance software.
• Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks.
• Book travel for employees and others upon request.
• Answer phones.
• Assist with paperwork processing.
• Provide customer service as needed.
• Assist in any general office duties as needed.
