Job summary

Amentum seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate maintenance, flying schedules, and branch activities to ensure safe, on-time aircraft support for the Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training mission.

The position requires an associate’s degree with five years of DoD experience (eight years if no degree), a current state driver’s license, and the ability to interpret Government publications and orders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5 years DoD experience; 3 additional years may come from DoD related roles.
• If no degree, 8 years related experience with 5 years DoD required.
• Must have current U.S. state driver’s license (REAL ID preferred).
• Ability to understand Government publications and technical orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance, flying schedules, and branch activities.
• Ensure safe, on-time, properly configured aircraft for training missions.
• Coordinate with plans and scheduling for aircraft availability and replacements.
• Implement disaster control duties and maintain disaster maps and checklists.
• Maintain data integrity and keep Branch Manager informed of activities.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with some weekends.
