Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Plans & Scheduler to support HQ USAF operational plans and safe air transportation for high-level personnel. The role focuses on aircraft scheduling, production control, MIS management, and documentation in a dynamic environment.

The position requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a secret clearance, and strong skills in MS Office, Project, and MIS, with prior plans and scheduling experience preferred. Compensation includes an hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and Project.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of working in a dynamic scheduling environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an aircraft plans and scheduling office.
• Coordinate aircraft scheduling and develop long-range, monthly, weekly and daily plans.
• Maintain Records and documentation for assigned equipment.
• Manage MIS and participate in inspections and phase flows.
• Represent maintenance in coordinating aircraft utilization and flying hour programs.
