Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace, located at Pensacola International Airport, seeks a Planner I to manage aircraft maintenance planning, review work packages, forecast labor, and coordinate schedules across multiple departments. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and collaboration with Program and Project Managers to uphold on-time performance.

You will drive efficiency, support critical decisions, and help deliver high-quality AMM services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in training, education, and/or experience.
• 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance planning; production control; non aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling or equivalent
• Comfortable user in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and Macro preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Manager / Project Manager / Manager Planning to meet target downtime and quality.
• Assist in scheduling by coordinating requirements of each trade/department.
• Project labor requirements by trade to meet work schedule and track progress in data systems.
• Establish proper work procedures based on customer requirements and ensure staff follow them.
• Administer contracts by interpreting contents, pricing, budgeting man-hours, estimations, and statistics.
• Coordinate with Customer and Production for OA work approvals.
• Maintain records of events or decisions affecting the schedule and changes in work scope.
• Review project documents and track changes in scope for the duration of the project.
• Compile data on man-hours, costs, redelivery status, and other pertinent data.
• Assist in daily status reports with PM for customer and internal use
