Job summary

Lgstx Services, Inc. seeks an Airport Property / Facility Maintenance Work Control employee to keep our airport facilities and operations running smoothly.

You’ll manage equipment records, work orders, and maintenance documentation while coordinating PMI and scheduling with technicians and supervisors in a fast-paced airport environment. Based in an active airport maintenance operation, you will communicate status to customers, assist with parts/purchasing, and help ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, maintenance, or operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with a maintenance management system is a plus; ServiceChannel is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment records, work orders, service histories, and maintenance documentation.
• Manage work orders from creation to close, updating status as needed.
• Assist PMI and repair scheduling to keep equipment ready to work.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to ensure documentation and status accuracy.
• Track equipment availability and status (in service, out, awaiting repair, ready).
• Generate reports on equipment performance, downtime, maintenance activity, and trends.
• Support parts and purchasing activities, including inventory tracking, vendor communication.
• Inform customers about equipment status and maintenance updates.
• Support billing and invoicing with accurate data entry.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files and records.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Take on additional admin and operational projects to improve efficiency.
