You will coordinate with dispatch, flight operations, and maintenance personnel to schedule inspections, handle unscheduled repairs, and monitor maintenance status to minimize downtime.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with on-call duties on a rotating schedule and strict adherence to FAA regulations.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and train.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and make decisions regarding aircraft maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with dispatch, flight operations and maintenance personnel.
• Determine schedule for inspections and manage unscheduled maintenance.
• Address maintenance discrepancies and monitor downtime to minimize delays.
• Ensure all maintenance complies with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Review and approve maintenance release documents and initiate return-to-service.
• Perform on-call duties for a week on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with maintenance crews, flight crews and management.
