Job summary

V2X is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic I to perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and installations on C-12 aircraft avionics, wiring, and flight controls. You will operate ground support equipment and flight line vehicles while reading and applying technical manuals and directives for timely completion of tasks.

The role reports to ACI Supervisors and requires adherence to safety, quality, and workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
• A&P License is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and installations on C-12 aircraft avionics, wiring, components and flight controls.
• Operate ground support equipment and flight line vehicles.
• Read, write, and interpret instructions, technical manuals and directives for job tasks.
• Adhere to standards of workmanship, safety, quality, and production.
• Report to ACI Supervisors.
