Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Maintenance Product Sales Manager to drive growth in Maintenance and Cabin Safety revenues in domestic and international markets. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and OEM Directors to identify opportunities and deliver training solutions that meet customer needs.

The role involves travel to Learning centers, building strong customer relationships, and advancing strategic initiatives to expand footprint across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent commercial/aviation or sales experience considered.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or aviation-related commercial roles.
• Ability to travel 25%–50% monthly to learning centers for training.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research.
• Support and, where appropriate, manage agreements and opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Monthly travel to Learning centers to provide Maintenance and/or Cabin Safety training.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Track key activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Qualify opportunities and position training solutions through consultative conversations.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic initiatives with sales and operations leadership to drive revenue.
