USA Jet Airlines at Willow Run Airport in Belleville, MI, is seeking a Loadmaster to support on-demand airlift services across the Americas. The role involves ground operations, cargo loading, and supervision of staff to ensure safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, Loadmaster experience, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances. Expect flexible hours and travel as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as civilian or military Loadmaster preferred.
• Experience in on-demand cargo operations business highly preferred.
• Fork-lift operating experience preferred.
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol screening per FAA; CHRC/STA/TSA checks as required.
• Valid state driver’s license required; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Must maintain a valid passport and be willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground operations in accordance with 14 CFR Part 121 operation specifications.
• Inspect, package, label, load, and restrain cargo per policy and regulations.
• Verify cargo and accompanying documentation for assigned flight(s).
• Supervise and direct all ground support personnel handling cargo.
• Perform TSA and customs tasks as required.
• Inspect and operate cargo loading equipment and report discrepancies to PIC/maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cabin and cargo compartments; stow equipment securely.
