Job summary

InterJet West is seeking an experienced Flight Mechanic to travel with and support Boeing 737 aircraft in a 24/7 cargo operation. The role combines aircraft maintenance and Loadmaster responsibilities, including inspections, troubleshooting, and safe cargo loading/unloading.

When not flying, you may provide maintenance on other company or customer aircraft. This position follows an 18-days-on/12-days-off rotation with extensive travel, nights, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P Certificate required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience on Boeing aircraft (737 preferred).
• Ability to perform Flight Mechanic and Loadmaster duties.
• English proficiency to read, write, and communicate maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Flight Mechanic duties per FAA regs and company procedures.
• Travel with aircraft and provide maintenance support during cargo operations.
• Conduct service checks, inspections, troubleshooting, and ground maintenance.
• Document aircraft discrepancies and coordinate with maintenance and flight crews.
