Responsibilities

• Drafting and sending pleadings and documents to counsel, courts and clients as needed.
• Filing and service of all documents.
• Managing scheduling order deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain a very busy caseload.
• Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track case status.
• Assist in document review and privilege logs.
• Assist with depositions and exhibit preparation.
• General case maintenance and file organization.
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications; assist with all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses and trial lists.
• Intake and organize voluminous document productions.
