Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join the Aviation team. The opportunity is suited to someone who thrives within a busy, stimulating and fast-paced team environment.

Join our ambitious Aviation group to support complex litigation tasks, depositions and discovery in a hybrid work setting. Excellent written communication, meticulous organization and discretion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in aviation or litigation preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with court websites and e-filing procedures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy caseload and manage multiple matters.
• Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets tracking case status.
• Assist in document review, organization and production; prepare privilege logs.
• Assist with depositions, exhibit prep and digesting transcripts.
• General case maintenance including correspondence, pleadings and discovery.
• Review court dockets and e-filing notifications; support all phases of litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery demands/responses, trial lists and other litigation documents.
• Intake and organize voluminous document productions from clients and parties.
