Job summary

Sheltair in Colorado is seeking a Line Service Manager to direct daily FBO operations, supervise staff, and drive service excellence. The role emphasizes aviation experience, supervisory leadership, safety, training, scheduling, and equipment checks to maintain high performance.

You will coordinate with customers and tenants, enforce policies, review performance, and work with the General Manager on contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years aviation experience.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience.
• Safety and training experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend general business documents, reports, procedures or regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily operations of the department within the FBO.
• Establish policies and procedures; oversee schedules and equipment needs.
• Monitor finances, labor hours and inventory.
• Oversee training for line technicians and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate scheduling and time-off requests for the line service department.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with directives.
• Ensure equipment and safety checks are completed.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide premium service and resolve issues.
