Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aviation experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Safety & Training preferred
• Strong interpersonal management skills
• Ability to read and comprehend business documents and regulations

Responsibilities

• Organize daily operations of the department within the FBO
• Establish policies and supervise schedules and equipment requirements
• Monitor finances, labor hours and inventory
• Manage personnel actions including performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Oversee training for line technicians and coordinate scheduling
• Ensure safety standards, service quality and compliance with directives
• Coordinate with customer service to deliver premium customer experience
• Address customer requests and resolve complaints with timely follow-up
• Identify and address issues early and communicate with management
