Job summary

Atlantic Aviation FBO Services, Inc. is seeking a Line Service Manager to oversee all Line Services operations. You will supervise ramp, hangar, and fuel activities, ensure safety and compliance, and drive service excellence while managing staffing and daily flight schedules.

You will build strong customer relations, monitor KPIs and budgetary impacts, and lead a culture focused on safety, quality, and employee development across the base in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of line service experience or equivalent in aviation.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per company policy.
• Meet Atlantic Aviation's operations and safety training requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
• Participation in Atlantic Leadership Training.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer relations and willingness to flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, profitable, and positive work environment and apply Atlantic Attitude.
• Supervise ramp, hangar, and fuel storage activities for safe, efficient service.
• Staff appropriately and update aircraft arrival/departure requirements; ensure timely service.
• Coordinate daily communications with Customer Service Representatives for accuracy.
• Interface with customers to meet servicing requirements and resolve issues.
• Understand departmental P&L, forecasting, and budgeting influences.
• Develop strategic goals to maximize base profitability and performance.
• Lead workplace culture emphasizing safety and customer service excellence.
• Enforce policies; administer disciplinary action as directed by management.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness and equipment readiness; report discrepancies.
