Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking a Line Service Manager to oversee all Line Services activities at our Salt Lake City area locations. You will set the tone for operations, ensure safety, and lead teams to deliver high-quality service to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to company policies, and the ability to manage staffing and customer expectations across busy FBO environments.

Qualifications

• High school graduation.
• 5 years of line service experience or equivalent in aviation field.
• Valid state driver’s license and meet insurability requirements.
• Meet Atlantic Aviation’s operations and safety training requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, profitable, and positive work environment.
• Supervise ramp, hangar, and fuel storage activities for timely service.
• Ensure proper staffing and assign work for Line Service workers.
• Interface with customers to meet servicing requirements and resolve issues.
• Understand department P&L, forecasting, and budgets.
