Million Air is seeking a Line Service Manager to lead an exceptional line service team, ensuring efficient service for all customers by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company procedures. This exempt role reports to the General Manager and interacts with the Customer Service and FBO managers.

Key responsibilities include supervising line service staff, payroll oversight, hiring, safety training, and coordinating aircraft handling and fuel management.

Formación

• Minimum five years line service experience including fuel management and supervisory duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required; zero tolerance drug free employer.

Responsabilidades

• Manage line service department, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring supervisors.
• Review payroll, manage overtime, and submit to payroll for processing.
• Hire and train line service team with a customer and safety focus.
• Oversee facility startup, security, and equipment status.
• Manage fuel inventory, load receipts, and fuel orders as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisors and manage arrivals/departures.
• Ensure safety procedures and DOT compliance; support trainers and safety staff.
